®Limited Warranty
All Square 1 Precision Lighting, Inc. products are of the highest quality craftsmanship and are warranted against defects in materials, and/or workmanship for a period of One Year for parts and labor. The warranty begins from the date of installation and requires that the purchaser(s) send a completed warranty card to Square 1 Precision Lighting, Inc. within (30) thirty days of installation.
In no circumstance will Square 1 Precision Lighting, Inc. be liable for direct, indirect, special incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any defect in the hardware. Though Square 1 Precision Lighting, Inc. tests all installed fixtures, the purchaser(s) assume(s) all risk regarding the performance of such. Items NOT covered by this warranty include, but are not limited to, physical breakage, components which show signs of tampering by any but Square 1 Precision Lighting, Inc. service personnel, damage due to fluctuation of supply voltages, damage by any source outside Square 1 Precision Lighting, Inc. product defect.
In the unlikely event of failure, a Square 1 Precision Lighting, Inc. representative must inspect the fixture involved to verify warranty status. The product will be either repaired or replaced at the option of Square 1 Precision Lighting, Inc.
For items deemed non-warranty, the standard Square 1 Precision Lighting, Inc. service charges will apply for repair work. This warranty will then remain in effect for the remainder of the original one year warranty.
This warranty will be voided in the event of any non-Square 1 Precision Lighting, Inc. service personal performing any service, or maintenance procedure.
